Our clients’ success is great. It’s what we strive to achieve with every project we take on. Of course we can tell you horror stories, but thankfully we’ve averted most of them in 34 years in business. We regularly counsel clients to consider the following when selecting a marketing or PR firm to represent them.

1. Pick a like-sized agency to represent you. Otherwise, if you pick the biggest agency possible and you’re not the biggest business they service, you may find yourself out in the cold when a bigger client needs immediate response.

2. Select a liaison to interact with your agency of choice. You’ll reduce your costs if you install a good communicator as your go-to person with your agency. Make sure your representative listens as much as he/she will have to talk later to get your point across.

Testimonials

“We were quite pleased with the results of our postcard mailer. We were receiving phone calls within two days and the design was incredible. The staff is professional and extremely responsive. I didn't feel like I was a number in a long line of numbers. I will be using their services in the future and would recommend them to anybody needing this type of service!!”

And yet somehow, someway, Denver's In the Black recently marked its second anniversary -- and odds are good that it will celebrate more of them in the future. Read more
